PhraseSearch Home Page or Search Assistant are available to be used via the installation of one of our software products or partners' software products and are not available on a stand-alone basis.

In order for you to use any Iamwired.net Home Page or Search Assistant services we will need to make some or all of the changes set out below to the settings on your PC (and you hereby agree that by we may go ahead and make such changes without further reference to you).

If Internet Explorer ("IE") is installed on your PC we may:

• change the default search engine preference on your PC to PhraseSearch search engine;
• change the default setting of your home page on IE 6, IE 7 and/or IE 8, Firefox 2 and/or Firefox 3 to PhraseSearch search engine.
• add PhraseSearch search provider to IE 7, IE 8, Firefox 2 and/or Firefox 3's search providers and change the setting on the browser to make this provider the default search provider preference;

If Firefox ("FF") is installed on your PC we may:

• change the default setting of your home page on FF to PhraseSearch search engine;
• add PhraseSearch search provider to the FF browser's search providers and change the setting on the browser to make this provider the default search provider preference;
